1989 Pontiac Firebird stop at a store and car doenst start

This problem has plauged this for two months know and cant firgue it out. I will start the in moring and to the store and come out and wont start but all the lights work. Give 10 min and it starts(checked all grounds) but this problem is every know and then

Maybe a problem with theft/security system? I can't help you bypass, just stating a possibility. Do you have the pellet in the key? When the problem occurs, your saying the starter won't crank? Try wiping the pellet with a clean rag, try a different key. When the problem occurs, did you try cranking in neutral? The purple wire at the starter solenoid S terminal should be hot with the key in the crank position.

Yes has pellet in the key. And tryed to start in neutral didnt do anything
