1989 Pontiac Firebird fuel problem

I have problem with my fuel systems. My fuel rails are getting fuel but car will not start. I put new fuel pump, fuel filter, new gas tank.I can spray starter fuid in it will start tell it burn out then wouldn't start. Whats going on. What should the pressure be on the rails.

Check if the injectors are pulsing

TBI system fuel pressure should be 9-13psi

What would I do if the injectors are not pulsing because I am having the same problem on my 1988

If you're getting power on the injectors and not pulsing the computer ground driver circuit is defective

How would I go about replacing that or fixing that problem? Or what is the name of the part that I should look for?

Sounds like it-if the wires checked out and the computer is getting an ignition reference signal to sychronize the injectors
