1995 Pontiac Bonneville no heat

My heater was in and out, could get it on by turning the wheel, now its completely out, I hear a ticking sound under the passenger side dash but have no idea what im looking at. Can you help me?

Are you saying the blower motor doesn't blow air?

There should be a blower relay on the firewall. The wire colors are orange--red--dark blue--purple--black. You should be able to do some testing at the relay.

You could also run B+ and ground to the connector for the blower motor, to see if the motor will run. Use an inline fuse.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
