Driver window sporadically works

'99 Plymouth Grand Voyageur, 6 cylinder

When leaving a parking garage my window went down. After payment though it would not go back up. After stopping and shutting car off I waited an hour and then went to get it fixed. The window closed after I started the car.

Now it will not go down.

What's the problem?

May be a bad switch, regulator or motor. Do you hear the motor at all when it isn't working?

When I use the switch I don't hear anything.
