I am helping a friend with this voyager and just can't figure it out, maybe someone here can help me out.

The van will not start unless you are giving it gas(by the pedal) and then you have to be holding the gas pedal at a certain spot or it still won't start. Once you get it started it will run as long as you are giving it gas, but it won't idle. As soon as you put it in gear it dies no matter how much gas you give it. When running the engine sounds smooth, but you have to keep revving it to keep it running. There is NO codes and it is getting fire through all of the plug wires. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
