My brother replace my serpentine and ac compressor belts and since then my air conditioner has not worked. It was working just fine before he replaced the belts. Can you tell me if maybe he was suppose to reset something after replacing the belt for the ac to work again?

No there is no reset button.

Have him check and make sure he didn't accidentally unplug the eletrical connection.

Make sure the belt is tight enough.
