Hi tammydovo. Welcome to the forum. Be sure to check the fuses in two places, under the steering column and under the hood near the left rear corner. Physically remove the fuses under the hood and look at them. It is not uncommon for the air bag fuse in the upper corner of the box to corrode. It will also affect the radio.

If the fuses are okay, suspect a burned contact inside the ignition switch or overheated terminals and wiring in the ignition switch connector. If contacts inside the switch are the problem, wiggling it or turning it on multiple times might get it working again for a little while.

My windshield wipers are not working properly.
Sometimes they will not shut off even when the keys are out of the vehicle. The delay function is wacky, sometimes the wipers stop in the middle of the window. You never know what will happen when you use the wipers, but the biggest issue is when you turn the off, pull out the keys and they keep running. You never know when they will decide to stop.

Welcome to the forum. There is a wiper on relay in the power distribution center, under the hood. Voltage to the coil and load side of relay, is hot all the time. The BCM grounds the coil side of relay in order to energize. The wiper switch sends a signal to the BCM, the BCM grounds the coil side of wiper on relay. The problem could be almost anywhere, relay wiper switch BCM or wiring circuit. You might have the codes checked, see if it points to anything?
