1999 Plymouth Breeze will not start

1999 Plymouth Breeze

I have a 99 brezze 2.4 I replaced the timming belt 2 weeks ago and while my wife was driving it just quit now it will not start has no spark unless I unplug the cam sensor then has spark but still will not start even if I fill it up with starting fluid the cam and crank sensors are new and the cam magnet is also good please help me out

If unpugging the cam sensor gets apark, it means your timing belt has slipped, recheck the belt and timing marks, verify by a compression test!

Timming and compression are still corect but I do now get a volt reading at the asd terminal that should only have power with key in on position but there is constant power any idea why?
