I stalled it and it wouldnt start again. I got the starter tested and it was bad. I put in a new one and it still wouldnt start. It dosent do anything when I try to start. The lights are the only thing that will turn on.

Well start by checking starter fuse and relay
2nd step is to check clutch switch

The starter fuse and relay are good. But I dont know what the clutch switch is.

Check the clutch paddle it should have a switch on it
