1996 Plymouth Breeze 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 170k miles

can anyone help me my daughters car will not start when you turn the key nothing happens I am not even getting a clicking noise and when I turn on the lights they are bright could the starter have gone out? If so is there anyway to check without taken off? Please help! Thank you!

It's possible it could have a blown starter relay or even a bad fuse.
Have you tried boosting it anyway?
Sometimes bright headlights are not a good indicator of a weak battery.
