1990 Plymouth Acclaim doesn't start, possible bad fuel relay

the car turns over/cranks, but doesn't do anything else (like start or run). According to my dad he doesn't hear the fuel pump (which he says he can normally hear) so he thinks it's the fuel relay.

also, the last time I drove it I was on the freeway and it seemed to jerk somewhat violently when I was right around 70 (accelerating or decelerating). I also had to keep my foot on the gas (the other on the breaks) at stop signs/lights as it would die if I didn't. Hopefully all of this is related to the fuel relay, cuz I really don't have tons of cash to throw at the car.

Ah ok. I was reading around a few places and thought it may be that relay. Thanks for the pic, I was looking for something like that earlier. I knew that those three relays were there, but I didn't know which was which and my next step would've been googling the numbers on each relay or something.
