Code P0446 that's a small leak in the emissions?

See this roundish plastic connector in pic #1 that connects to the pic #2 which is the part you said is likely the cause for code p0446 and then to pic #3with the green cap that has a black tag saying evap service port well Idk how to get this connector off and there's a open ended hole on the other end pic #4 is anything supposed to be there

Yep, the lines look better. So the EVAP system needs to be 100 sealed, it cant have any leaks so please keep that in mind. Also, looks at the O ring seals inside the corrugated line on the solenoid. This video can show you how to check for leaks on the system.

I don't need to track down a leak I need to change this part and can't figure out how to. Get the evap connector off of it to do so

O sorry, yes you squeeze the connector at the "loop" part this will release the connector without breaking it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Yes it didn't come back on until I drove a lil bit maybe 20 min or so

Yes code came back after resetting it and driving it a lil bit but can a fuse go bad or fail and be bad even if it's not burnt inside

Not really if the fuse is not burnt it is good. Can you check the gas cap seal, this is another point of failure for the sealed system. Keep in mind any leak in the gas EVAP system will cause this code as well.

I did and im not sure if it's missing or not il take a pic and send it in a min and let you tell me what you think could the cable from the gas pedal to the throttle body have anything to do with it

The cable from the throttle to the gas pedal will not have anything to do with the EVAP issue. Can you see if the pink wire to the EVAP solenoid has power when the key is on?
