Low beam went out, change bulb, check fuses under hood, good. Where to I go now? Does low beam relay control both? Or each? Will pull test light out, to check.
Thanks

Relay feeds both. Each has a fuse. They do not share the same ground point though. Driver side grounds on the engine block. Passenger side grounds on the left front body mount, but it goes through a splice to get there. In that splice is the Right high beam, right DRL, right fog.
Connect test light to positive battery feed, unplug bulb and probe the ground wire (black). If no light it may have failed anywhere back to the splice.

Connect to negative and verify that you have power to the socket on the tan with white trace.
That power comes through the (10A) lo hdlp rt fuse.
