P219A is a bank one mixture imbalance. Basically, it means that the system is detecting that one or more cylinders aren't burning correctly based on the way the engine reacts when that cylinder fires. While it can be multiple things, with this being a 4 cylinder it helps some. If your scan tool can read the live data, you can actually look at the cylinder's mixture adaptation in the cylinder (adaptive multicylinder fuel trims) That would tell you which cylinder has the problem. Then you can test it. Without that testing gets to be a mess. You would start with a compression test, then a leak down test. Those would at least tell you that is or isn't compression or leaking valves. Do a vacuum leak test along the manifold and fuel rail and listen for changes, that would point to an intake or fuel injector letting air in. After that you could do an injector flow test using a pulse tool to fire the injectors while watching the fuel pressure.
