I have changed the thermostat, bleed the air out refilled all the fluid and it held temperature great. I noticed that the antifreeze reservoir did not have any fluid in it at all. So I started putting fluid in it and noticed it is not going to the bottom it is only filling a small reservoir on top and very quickly overflowing through what looks like overflow and right out onto the ground. Why can I not get any fluid in the actual reservoir? It is still overheating after about thirty minutess of driving.

Try adding the coolant to the overflow reservoir when the engine is cold. If it still has a problem perhaps there is a blockage or something inside the reservoir.
About the overheating still, make sure the electric cooling fan is coming on when the engine gets hot, before it overheats. If not, check the fuse and if it is okay, try a new relay. The fan should run no matter what temperature the engine is if the A/C is switched on so you could do a quick check that way.
There are actually two fuses, a #10 in the fuse block, left side of dash and a #6 in the PDC under the hood, left side near the battery. The relay is also in that PDC.
