Hi,

If everything is working properly and it still overheats, it could be related to things such as a bad head gasket or even a plugged catalytic converter.

Before it overheats, does it run properly? Also, will it overheat if you are driving at highway speeds or only in town, stop-and-go traffic?

Take a look through this link. It identifies different things to check if a head gasket is suspected.

Let me know.

Take care,

Joe
