Overheating issues?

Okay, so got overheating issues, I realized the fans were not working, so a hardwired them to a toggle switch so I can turn them on. About a few months after that thermostat was locked on me. So, I replaced it about 10 months ago. Now it overheats and spews antifreeze out the cap or the reservoir tank. I'm not sure what the issue is here. Maybe I need to flush my system or something I don't know. Can you give me some feedback please?

It could be the radiator cap has gone bad or you have a blown head gasket. I would try a new radiator cap first.
