Cylinder misfire, plug shows black. Changed plug, engine performance hiccups when accelerates then kicks in. Is plug fouling from too rich or need cleaning?

The blackened plug is fuel deposits. It can be either lack of spark or excessive fuel. That needs to be determined through testing.

The pressure at all four cylinders is 210. The plugs were all changed. Cylinder #2(fr left to right) had the fouled and (then?) Blackened plug. The stuttering, hiccuping but especially weakened to near stall with acceleration at hairpin or very sharp turns is apparently recreating the same outcome wherein the second cylinder does not or only barely fires.

Hey BARNABUS,

It sounds like you have a fuel injector that is stuck open or the spray pattern is bad, please remove the injector for testing, here are a couple guides that can help you
