Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Sometimes when iding or running at slow speed around 60 to 70 kilms per hour the car feels like the engine miss fires and causes a little vibration/ runs rough.(No spark plugs)
I have had Toyota replace the fuel filters, clean injectors and put an injector cleaner in the fuel, all with no change.
Toyota cannot find the problem as it does not happen all the time.
Can you help me please.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1. Defective spark plug
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
