1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue heater fan.

Warm air seeps out of my vents but does not blow. It sounds like it should be blowing but does not. It also seeps warm air when I have the heat OFF, or any other setting such as defrost. What could be the cause of this?

If the blower motor is working but nothing is coming from the vents, you have a vacuum leak. Check under the dash for vacuum leaks. If the engine is running, you may hear a hissing.
