1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass stall

I have a 2.5 cutlass vehicle runs mormal when cold. When vehicle is warm starts normal but stall when put in gear. I can put it in gear and drive when its warm if I put my foot on gas and brake at the same time and keep the rpm's up. I have changed the t p s and when I tapped the maf sonsor there was no differance in the way the motor ran, could this be the iac help me out please.

Yes that is most likely the problem. I would clean the throttle body and the IAC.

I have not completed the work but I did remove the crank shaft position sensor and found it swollen and cracked up. It was a pain so im going to put a new one in there tomarrow, I will let you know what happens

There you go. Hopefully thats it, when it heats up it acts up. Nine times out of ten the crank sensor will not create a check engine light

Replace crankshaft position sensor and the vehicle drove fine for a day under severe heat I live in no. Cal. The next day the same thing happened, I dont know what this could be?

Ok, clean the throttle body and clean the iac and or replace it. If there is a check engine light on now, scan it and let me know what the codes are.
