Engine was rebuilt. Engine runs fine until temp cycles fan on. A little after it hits that temp it stalls out, seems like from a rich mixture. Exaust smells rich. Replaced most sensors and the voltage regulator is good and the fuel regulator and injectors are new.
someone hlp me with a good solution before I hit this nice new engine with a 50 cal round

Does vehicle have to sit for a while afterwards it dies out before it will attempt to start?

Yes it normally takes about an hour or so. Please, have you seen this before? I'm down to guessing now

Have a few more things I would like you to check to confirm my suspicions.

Use a spark tester and check for spark on all cylinders when the vehicle will start, and compare it to the results in the spark when the vehicle wont start, note color, size, definition, pulse rate.

Get back to me with your results.
