A/C blower does not work; radio turns on on Accessories, but not when engine running and goes on when engine is turned off; power windows do not work; headlights do not work on Auto, come on when engine is turned off; instrument panel gauges do not work. Dome light, blinkers, door locks and wipers OK. Installed new battery yesterday - all worked fine this AM, not this afternoon.

It could be a ground problem, not uncommon on GM to have loose harness connections at the connectors. Try unplugging the instrument cluster and check the pins on the cluster for looseness or if the can be spun, if yes re-solder loose ones, then check the connector plug for pushed out pins. Can also by a bad ignition switch. On all cars today, the starting point is to scan for code(s), unfortunately with your problems, it would need to be scanned with the GM Tech II scantool. This will read "B" and "U" codes that are stored in memory, these codes WILL NOT turn on the service engine light!
