1987 Oldsmobile 98 V8 Automatic

HI I DROVE MY CAR ABOUT 50 MILES WAS RUNNING GOOD NO PEOBLEM STARTING STOPPED LEFT CAR ON WITH THE AIR ON MY SON DECIDED TO TURN OFF CAR TO SAVE ON GAS WHEN I TRIED TO START CAR IT TRIES BUT WONT START IM A SINGLE MOM AND JUST NEED TO FIND OUT WHATS WRONG SO I CAN TRY TO FIX IT PLEASE HELP

Hi Staci. Car don, t start. Do you mean it won, t turn the eng over?
It turns eng over normally but does not start./

IITS LIKE NORMAL BUT WHEN YOU LET GO IT WONT RUN IF THAT MAKES SENSE I THINK IT TURNS OVER BUT WONT RUN

Hi staci, well it sounds like a fuel pump problem
can you hear the pump run in the back of the car when you turn your key on/?
