Oil leak

When topping up oil it is just streaming out of car besides the sump. What it looks like some kind of weeper and it seems to be coming from there. Is this a diy fix or do I need to go to dealer?

This sounds like and oil galley plug. Can you get a picture of the area that this coming out? Also, is there a history to this engine? Meaning did you just rebuild the engine or make a repair?
