I recently got my vehicle listed above piston and rings changed 2nd time a week ago, but immediately they finished assembling it, it starts but realised 2 plug ports out of 4 are not working which didn't allow it to run smoothly on idle. Please I need an urgent help so I can know what to check again.

Based on what was just done, I would suggest starting with a compression test. Normally a misfire would start with plugs or injectors but the fact that they just ringed the pistons then we need to make sure the compression is there.

If not then we need to do a cylinder leakage test to find out where we are loosing the compression and that will tell us where to start in repairing the issue.

Please let us know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
