Not starting

Stalled. Cranks over. Does not start. With key on, check engine light flashes rapidly. Four times faster than a misfire code. Hooked up scanner to the OBD and it does not read anything. Assuming the PCM was bad, I replaced it with the proper one and supposedly programmed with my VIN before installed and still nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks, Tom

Hello,

It sounds like the engine could have jumped time, lets start with a compression test to see where we stand.

Please run this test and get back to us so we can continue helping you.
