Evaporator Drain

My daughter, who lives in another city, reports hearing a "sloshing" sound then noticing a few drops of liquid from near the glove compartment. Any ideas? I already told her to make sure there was nothing in the glove box that could have caused the drip.

There are a number of things that can cause this type noise. It can also be mistaken for gurgling noises so let's start with this guide:

Also, when this drain is the issue it can normally cause water to be found on the floor so this video actually talks about this as well:

There are not a ton of pictures out there on this specific vehicles drain tube.

However, it is located at the base of the firewall just outside and below where the evaporator is.

Please find the info below from the manual that will help with location.
