Humming noise coming from the passenger side?

There is a humming noise coming from the passenger side when going over 20 mph, just started a week ago, changed tires and it's still making this low humming noise, it's starting to get louder. What could cause this?

Yep, this is common when the wheel bearing hub goes out, can I ask if you have aftermarket rims and tires on it? If so, this will make the bearing go out much sooner than normal. Here is how to change the bearing hub out. Please upload videos in your response of the noise so I can be sure. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
