2008 Jeep Liberty Ticking in Engine

I am in Minnesota right now where temperatures of -25 with a wind chill to -50. I went to start my car this morning and a consistent clicking/ticking started coming from the engine. This has never happened before so I am guessing it came from the cold. I didn't drive it anywhere but I turned it on again later this afternoon and the sound didn't go away. I did a little bit of research online and found maybe its one of the three problems I found either its a bearing, a rocker arm or the engine isn't getting any oil. I want to take it to my mechanic but if it is a major problem I don't want to drive it and make the problem worse. Do you think I should wait till the temperature warms a bit, drive it over as soon as possible or have it towed. Thanks

With those temps, the oil in the engine may have gotten heavy. Is the oil clean and full? Is there any way you could put a heater near the vehicle to warm the engine a bit? Here is a big question. Can you video the engine running and then upload it so I can hear it? It would be much easier for me to answer if I could hear it.

As far as your question, is it a ticking, knocking?

I tried uploading a video but its not working. Is there any other way I can have you watch it. The oil is clean and its more of a knocking sound.

It won't let me open the page. It says "This page not available". I have no idea why. At this point, if you can, I would suggest to wait till the temps warm up a little to see if that changes things.
