No throttle after replacing coil and plug?

My vehicle was misfiring on number 8 cylinder. Put a new coil and plug in took positive cable off for 30 seconds then started it and had no throttle why?

Any chance that something was left unplugged?
Do you have any codes stored? Here is a guide that will help with this.

Sometimes you can have codes yet no check engine light on.
I've attached a picture of the connector for the throttle actuator. The yellow/violet wire is your power, the blue/green is the ground. Check for power and ground on both using this guide.
