No start, no crank

When I turn the key, my car won't start, no sounds or clicking noises, and all of the lights on the dash are illuminated

No problem with battery, could it be the ignition switch or safety neutral switch?

It sounds like the starter is bad, the guide will show you the test that will let you know for sure.
