Last night, my car sat out in 2 degree maybe less, weather. And now it won't even make a noise that it is even TRYING to start. The radio doesn't come on, the lights don't come on. It just literally does NOTHING when I try to start it. Please tell me what the problem is.

The battery has failed. Try a jump start and have the battery tested.

The battery has never made any indication that it was going bad. It's always started easily.
