The problem is mainly observed after sitting in peak hour traffic then I switch off the vehicle and try to restart it. All is does is swing, then after about twenty minutes I am able to start it again.
Sometimes if I am in a hurry and need to the vehicle before the twenty minutes is up I would kick start it.
All diagnostics done and no fault can be traced

Further information, the problem started after a service on the engine whereby the car lost power and was taken in repaired power was restored and then a month later this no starting problem, cam sensor replaced and plugs.
