The problem is mainly observed after sitting in peak hour traffic then I switch off the vehicle and try to restart it. All is does is swing, then after about twenty minutes I am able to start it again. Sometimes if I am in a hurry and need to the vehicle before the twenty minutes is up I would kick start it. All diagnostics done and no fault can be traced

This sounds like a crankshaft position sensor issue so we need to start with running through this guide which will help with identifying if this is the issue:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/symptoms-of-a-bad-crankshaft-sensor

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/crankshaft-angle-sensor-replacement

I am also attaching the info below on how to test this sensor and the location on your engine.

Please run through this and let us know what you find. Thanks

The problem was fixed by replacing the crankshaft angle sensor.
