Cranks but will not start. Cannot hear fuel pump. Replaced all fuses and relays. Smell gas under hood on left side.

Good morning.
You need spark, fuel and compression for it to run.
Try spraying some carburetor cleaner into the air filter and see if it starts and stalls.
Check for spark by removing a wire from a plug, insert a screw driver in the end and lay it close to a metal piece. Then crank the engine and watch for spark.
You also need compression. If you remove a spark plug, you can insert a tester to see if it has compression.
