Cranks does not start

Vehicle will not start. Battery and alternator are good. Tested in the last couple of weeks. Engine turns over but will not start. I can hear what I believe is the fuel pump running when the key is turned on. Truck was running about a week ago and then suddenly would not start.

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, also, check fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes?

Good charge on the battery and when it was running the alternator was charging. No CEL codes. Truck did sit for a few months and needed to be jumped about a month ago to get it going again. Got some intermittent misfire codes but I checked the spark on the suspect plugs and it was good. Would they suddenly stop working? Looked good when I pulled a couple for testing. Ran and drove good for about two weeks and then the problems started up. Trying to get it smog'd (CA requirement) so I can complete registration and my daughter can use the truck. Thanks for the help.

I'd have to check the basics, fuel, spark, compression. I did look at your fuel pressure spec, 60--66 psi. Key on engine off. If you have that spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems. I can't be positive if that system is your problem?
