No spark if it is the ECM, can I replace it can I replace it with a 2011 or 2012?

I have 2013 Ford Fiesta motor was pulled out replace by another same year first motor standard replace motor was automatic converted to standard. Now there is no spark if it is the ECM can I replace it with 2011 or 2012?

I don't think it will be the ECM but you never know, let's start by running the codes. This guide can also help make sure the crankshaft angle sensor is plugged in and all engine grounds are on. I have left the engine ground locations in the diagrams below.

Also, if an ignition coil is shorted out it will stop all coil outputs. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
