I replaced the fuel pump and it is functioning. I hear it running and I loosened the line on the sending side of the filter and I saw that the pump was pressurizing the line. However the injectors were not delivering fuel. I am having to replace the lines because due to age when I loosened the filter the line twisted and now there is a hole. So aside from the fuel lines needing to be replaced, what else could be causing the injectors to not be delivering fuel?

Check to see if you have power to one side of the injector plug with the key on.
Does your check engine light come on for bulb check when the key is turned on?

Test all your fuses with a test light. The computer is not powering up.

Fuses are fine. The lights flash on like they normally would when the ignition is turned, but they all turn back off after a few seconds except for the battery light which would go off after the engine fires up. Checked the injector plugs and they are fine too. Could it be the injectors themselves that need to be replaced?

You are going to need to test for injector pulse with a noid light and if none found, test for power at one side of the injector.
