No crank no start

The vehicle has no crank and no start checked all fuses in both fuse boxes and checked the fuse box under hood to see if they had power when key is in on position and they all did. Hooked up a scanner to car and it could not read ECM and said check ignition it dose have an alarm system stock and and insurance companies scanner for how your driving is hard wired in to fuse box under dash.

Hi,

We need to dig deeper into the fact that you cannot communicate with the ECM. Can you take a picture of the scan tool and post it here when it says to check the ignition?

When you turn the key to the on position do all the gauges come on and the lights?
