No crank no power?

Hello I have turned to you guys few times or years and have been able to help me resolve my issues I was stumped on. So I have complete faith you can help me with this situation. I recently obtained a 2008 Dodge Magnum 3.5L RWD from a guy I did car work for and received vehicle in agreement with the guy. Prior to obtaining vehicle I had done work on it for him. When I first was asked to help with it it needed fuel pump replaced on drivers side rear, than upon replacing fuel pump and going to check that fuel was getting to engine I discovered that the engine was not in any condition ready to attempt to fire up. Everything on engine was taken loose after inspection I than took on task of tightening everything down to specs. After getting everything right and together I finally was able to crank engine up but the couldn't get it to fire over. Vehicle was than given to me after a deal was made.
2 days later I had moved the vehicle to my garage only to discover the battery was stolen so I replaced it with a new one. Before getting new battery I gone ahead and replaced secondary fuel pump along with fuel injectors n new fuel rail also replaced fuel pump hoses that connected the 2 pumps together. Replaced fuel pump o ring gaskets. But after I done all that an added new battery I'm getting absolutely nothing when I turn key to on position and nothing at all when turn key to start position I ain't getting even a click or anything. But now if I turn on hazards they flash if I insert key I get the chime sound interior lights come on and headlights come on but absolutely nothing else none of dash icons come on. Radio doesn't turn on windows don't go down but alarm goes on n off with the fob. An if I put key in on position and cross jump starter at fuse box using battery the engine will crank up. But if I use key I get nothing at all. Replaced all fuses and relays just to see if maybe that was issue and it's still doing nothing at all before I could hear fuel pump kick in now don't hear anything. Have power at front an rear fuse boxes. I'm at a complete loss on what else is issue. I'm thinking it's my ignition switch cuz I was having same issue exactly in my 07 Ford Explorer except I had full power just got nothing when turned to start position I got not. An it turned out to be my ignition switch under dash. But now I'm honestly just unsure what is issue. Any an all advice is greatly appreciated and taken.
