I have a no crank problem on my SUV listed above it is a hybrid. It has done it a few times mainly when very cold outside. A jump start and I was on my way assumed just a battery going bad. Happened to me today. Very cold out. Tried a jump and would not even crank. Put a new battery in and cleaned the terminals. Still nothing. Lights on the dash and the first battery was at zero voltage. With new battery and jumping it was fourteen volts with volt meter and on dash. No starter click. Turn the key and nothing happened.

Hello,

Do you have flashing security light on the dash when you try and crank it over? If so then the security system has been activated which can happen when the voltage drops to low for the system. Can you use the remote and lock and then unlock the doors?

Here is a guide to help us see how the starter is wired so we can be on the same page. Also, there is a starter relay that could be out as well.

Here is a guide to help us confirm the failure:

Please check the fuses as well.

Check out the diagrams (below).

Please run this test and get back to us.

Cheers, Ken
