I took my car for inspection today and don't know what to think of the result. My car failed in every way for emissions. The report I was given showed catalytic converters, not ready. Evaporative system, not ready. Secondary air injection, not ready. Oxygen sensors, not ready. Oxygen sensors-heaters, not ready. EGR systems, not ready. The woman who inspected my car said it appears the system needed to reset and she suggested driving it 200 miles and bringing it through inspection again. I can't imagine this is the solution because 3 days ago I drove it close to 200 miles going to the beach and back. Do you have any suggestions? Love this car but can't afford to put a lot of money into it. Thank you.

Did this previously have some codes and you erase them or do a battery disconnect before the inspection? This will wipe the monitors and require the drive cycles to be driven again to ensure there are no issues with the systems.

Here is a guide that helps with this issue:

I am attaching the info below from the manual that will take you through how to drive the vehicle in order to force the monitors to run. While driving 200 miles will get some of the monitors to run it doesn't always work as you have found out.

As you will see, there are very specific situations that need to happen in order to get them to run and in some instances, it can take months to get all of them to run again depending on drive style.
