After recently servicing the car & changing spark plugs, Oil, Oil filter & air filter. The car car began to misfire at idle. It made a popping sound from the exhaust every 3-5 seconds or so. What could be the problem because it was not misfiring before the service. All the plugs are gapped to the right spacing. Recently it has been running a little noisier but still misfiring.

Is it the OEM sparkplugs and also did you torque it to specs-double check the plug wire connections at both ends.

Just using the wrong type plug can cause the engine to have a fit-check the plugs again or replace it to the OEM part-The only thing you did was replaced the plugs unless you didn't wire it correctly-inspect the plug wire contact ends
