Hi, I have got a problem on my vehicle the water and oil did mix. So I did head gasket pressure test and skim head. Now the van is mixing the oil and water again. Not even a week and it is not overheating and I am even driving it. Can there be an oil cooler on it maybe and mixing in there? Can anyone help?

We do not have that vehicle here in the US so I cannot confirm if it has an engine oil cooler but if it does, that most definitely can be your problem. If the oil has a reddish tinge, it could be transmission fluid from a leaking cooler in the radiator.
