1987 Nissan Truck wont start

I replaced the cam, head and timing chain. New spark plugs. I set the timming using the chain and sproket markings and the distibuter seems to be in th right spot. Still it wont fire?

Are you getting spark and fuel first? Please post back I have quite a few ideas what might be wrong.

Put the #1 cylinder in TDC, check and see that the rotor is pointing at the #1 spark plug wire, if not it has jumped time.
