1988 Other Nissan Models 88 Stanza 2.0l no start, low volta

88 stanza 2.0l. It has battery voltage to connections underhood but low voltage (7 volts) at fuse box, no corrosion at fuse box. Working fine oneday shutoff car, went to restart cranks ok but nospark & no headlight, inside light, no inside electrical at all because of low voltage at fuse box. Any one have this happen before?

Double check the wire that goes to the power distribution box from the battery and inspect/test all the fusible links. Power has to come out from the link/s and the miniature fuses before it goes inside the vehicle ignition switch and other areas-make sure the main wiring harness at firewall is secured tight-

No spark-is bcuz the ignition switch has no power thru the ignition circuit
