1988 Nissan Stanza 2.0l wont start low interior voltage

Has good voltage underhood but very low at fuse box. Will turnover no start, no lights, no interior electrical at all, no spark only have a test light but test electrical underhood & have a bright, test inside at fuses & very dim. No corrosion in fuse box

Two things, what model do you have and what Liter size?

HAve you looked at the back of the fuse block for corrosion?

I'm not the electrical guy here, wanted to help the other mods to get more info.
