2003 Nissan Murano Accelerator Problems

My accelerator stops responding after driving in heavy trafic for a few minutes, I can fully press the accelerator and will not rev the engine, and then sudendly vehicle moves forward. If I turn of engine a few seconds and turn it back on it all works fine again

Symptoms indicates a possible fault with the Air Mass Sensor.

Get a free scan done at Autozone and let me know the exact trouble code if any found.
