I have a 1998 Nissan Maxima. My car is not starting. When I turn the ignition nothing is happening. Just a clicking noise is comming. The battery seems to be fine. All the lights are working fine. Can you tell me what could be problem. It is spark plug, starter or some thing else.

Help please.

Thanks

Mike

The battery seems to be fine. Don't let it fool you -it might be enough for the lights but when starter comes play it will eat all what's ever left in it.

Do a battery capacity test this will rule out a battery. Battery/Connections fine-Start at the starter solenoid look for power at the small wire, while key is in start position.
