Nissan Maxima won't start

We just changed our transmission and our neutral safety switch the car turned over three times and then quit I was wondering if you could help

Double check from the igniton switch thru the inhibitor/NSS, starter relay and starter itself to include the battery/starter connnections.

we have checked all the wiring and connections we tried to jump start the starter and it turned over but won't keep going?

Sounds like the overrunning clutch is failing.

Might work if you drop it and break it open and inspect the commutater and brush before you replace it.
